Breakfast was very good… The only disappointment was how long it took for the management to return my security deposit. "I have stayed here for the past 3 years, for a week at a time. I travel with a rescued cat and they welcomed me without any hassle. I stay here on business i have yearly in Manhattan and i have no problem like i do at the finer hotels traveling with a feline. Best of all , they offer no room service, which is my favorite amenitie , only due to my cat charging up that room service bill on snacks. Lol pleasant people run this hotel. "

"Ari at the reception desk was 5 STARS! I talked to her by phone, probably 6 months ahead of our arrival, as I had plenty of questions regarding the location, and our planned attendance of the Ryder Cup in NY. She was spot on then, and made it a point to introduce herself upon our arrival. Also, our bartender in the restaurant was extremely helpful with recommendations and service. The food was also great, as we had dinner there twice."

"Clean room. Front desk staff that checked me in was short and did not provide details about amenities. Asked him for a late check iut and he confirmed, but when I checked in the morning it had not been added to me stay. Overall good experience though. "
