Very nice and responsive staff. The restaurants available for room service are excellent. They did put me in the wrong type of room (had paid for one and they put me in the lower tier/ less expensive option) but they were incredibly prompt with handling. Overall pleased.

I didn’t get to check out the amenities as I was just in town for a baby shower but staff (I believe she was a trainee) and hotel were great. Walkable distance from Stamford station and the area had decent food options as well as some shopping options. Would stay here again :)
