"I had a wonderful stay. The staff was so friendly and kind. The food was sooo good and fresh. It was nice to have real home cooked meals. I felt safe, happy, and there’s even a place to play pool and buy drinks. It was a nice stay and a 15 minute walk frown all of the shops. "

"PROS: great location, beautiful beaches, many restaurants on site, MOST of the staff were friendly, easy to get to the other Atlantis hotels CONS: one beach staff literally took our umbrella from our lounger that we got up early to grab to give to another patron because she complained about not having one (because she came to the beach late) - obviously this would not be a problem if they had enough umbrella loungers! But there were so little of them and half of them were broken; WE WERE LAYING...

"The staff was the most humbling people ever. Our rooms had towels supplies at our disposal for the most part. That’s important. Convenient location for everything. Thanks British Colonial for an amazing stay. Bravo. "

"There's a problem with the housekeeping. They were supposed to clean our room every day. We complained about it several times, but they never did it, until the last day, when they did the bed, but nothing more. It was really disappointing."

"The room (clean) had a view out to the water. There was a fridge and microwave and coffee pot - felt like a micro apartment. There's a staircase onto the roof to enjoy even more views. Right at a pedestrian crossing to the beach. Secure micro-resort. Nice pool, Well kept, Good breakfast food (variety and abundance) And the STAFF ARE AMAZING!!! "

"Stayed here for 4 nights to celebrate my birthday and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. At check-in, we were told we were “upgraded” due to availability, but the room did not match what I booked (no true ocean view as expected). We were told we we would be moved the next day, but there was little follow-through and I had to track down updates myself. When an alternative was finally offered, I was told the blinds in that room would not open, which was not a reasonable option. The...

"Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. "

"Rooms were very nice and clean. Property was really well kept and clean. Excellent service. The pools were kind of empty and not super sunny for vacation lying out. Beach was kind of dull, not a lot going on at the pool or beach. Restaurants were good but very expensive. "

"My husband and I were not happy. The room was dirty, toilet was broken, pool water was super cloudy and everytime we turned the water on it smelled like sewer. Staff was super slow had attitudes and the breakfest was horrible. Beach and food are about a 20-30 min walk. We only stayed 1 night."
