"It was very exciting staying in a castle. We had the family room which was very quaintly laid out with a single bed in its own part of the small turret, through a stone arch. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was served in a box in our room with loads of choice, and fresh produce in a mini fridge which was lovely. The area is stunning. "The staff were very helpful & informative. The breakfast buffet could have more items however it was still decent. For breakfast, we were offered vegetarian sausages seperately as the buffet did not have any vegetarian sausages. That was very thoughtful of the staff. The room had everything we required, a hairdryer, a fridge (requested earlier), a fan & were able to adjust the heating in the room. The spa facilities were nice & clean."

"Our room was mostly clean. We had to move the sofa bed and there was a lot of mess under there. Air conditioning worked well. Staff were helpful and friendly. Plenty of staff available to help with queries. Breakfast is very good, plenty of choice. The hotel is ideally situated between Warwick and Stratford. The beds weren’t very comfortable though. The only other little thing was its right next door to a McDonald’s and our room was by the entrance to the drive through, which meant on one...

"Property was in a nice location next to small river. Room was dated…patio door fell off hinges when opened, headboards were in rough shape, toilet wouldn’t flush and had to fix myself. For some reason ours was the only room without card entry which was a bit of a pain! Also beds really firm. The front desk staff were helpful as much as possible. Restaurant was quite good. Overall was ok for what we payed. "

"Already the premises give out a reassuring feeling of care and comfort. This is then corroborated by the quiet and clean rooms, warm and cosy, along with a spacious breakfast area which presents a good variety of food, replicated for the dining area. All this topped with an ample parking space. Last, but certainly not least, the caring and welcoming staff just make it a must to want to go back."

"Parking and check in were easy. We had to request a hair dryer and when that finally arrived we had noticed there was no tv remote control. So had to ask for that as well. The curtains were broken and hanging off the track in several places. The pipes made a squealing noise when the shower was turned on. Also the duvet was stained with red/brown spots (I believe it was laundered), I would expect housekeeping to notice this and discard the bedding with stains. The staff were very friendly and...
