"It wasn’t at all clear on Expedia that you had to pay 10-15 euros per person to use the pool. We complained at the hotel and got no satisfaction until we noted that there was noise all day in our room from construction in the hotel, and at night from a hotel party. We were then comped one pool visit per person. Excellent breakfast; go early, since it gets crowded."

"We had a great experience with Loft Hotel and Wilson Palace in Bratislava. We stayed in the Wilson section, and our room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was diverse and of good quality. The entire staff was professional and helpful. Recommend the place and would stay here again."

"10 points Hotel. Very clean, staff helpful and polite, 1 minute check in. The room has everything you need in a room I mean everything, every single details, usb and c phone charger. Fresh and modern rooms with old fashion style Restaurant, well located near by Nivy mall center. Mini bar and breakfast included. The food in the Restaurant 5 star. Parking in front of the Hotel for a low fee. 100% Recommend."

"Our family absolutely loved our stay at Grand Hotel Bratislava! Without a doubt, we consider it the best hotel in Bratislava and one of the most family-friendly hotels we have ever experienced. What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional attention to detail and genuine care for its guests. The thoughtful little gifts waiting in our room for our child were such a lovely surprise! The adorable child-sized bathrobe and slippers completely stole our hearts — these small but incredibly thoughtful touches made our stay extra special and made us feel genuinely welcome as a family. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the bedding was wonderfully soft and luxurious, and the high-quality bathroom amenities added an extra touch of indulgence. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wonderful selection to start the day, and the staff were simply delightful — warm, attentive, professional, and always happy to help. Every detail reflects how much this hotel cares about its guests and their experience. It is this level of hospitality, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail that makes a hotel truly exceptional. We left with wonderful memories and would wholeheartedly recommend Grand Hotel Bratislava to anyone visiting the city, especially families travelling with children. We would love to return!
