The on site landlord was extremely helpful with security codes. The price was fair. It was a no frills spot. However, Falmouth does not offer many choices, for lodging, for food and for anything to do, to keep one for an extra day."

"I loved this property, breakfast and bar staff was great. I came in a bit early but check in was smooth. Very close to the beach. I stayed one night with my husband and my toddler. My toddler enjoyed the swing, the fish, the views and he loved the peacock. My partner and I enjoyed the outside seating and the garden. Btw for a small hotel I loved the amenities and the complimentary drinks."

"House was clean and comfy. Lots of tvs but was not able to watch them. I didn’t like the idea that a 3 bedroom was booked, but had to pay for each per beside the rental…. Hidden costs"

"Staying at fern court really gave me the island feel. With the garden view and lush colors of the island, it was a lot different from back home. The community is gated which is really nice. The apartment was super comfortable and I really liked the fact that I had a full kitchen. I would definitely stay here again!"

"This is an ideal family oriented gateway. The pool was awesome, the rooms were clean and spacious and the many planted trees and flowers brought ambience to the outdoors. Kevin and Lorraine were very accomodating as well. We experienced few minor issues with the bathroom plumbing and AC units but our overall stay was terrific. We will definitively be back again."

"Still very new so there wasn’t a lot of stuff and we were the only people on the property so the service wasn’t the best in terms of quality. The property was clean but maybe a little unkept because of the lack of traction/traffic. Felt safe "
