"resort staff didn't explain amenities upon checking in. wasn't aware of daily activities without passing by one area that had free water. the lagoon and pool were great. would recommend the pool be open later. Donny was a great staff member to receive suggestions from. "

"Loved the resort, we actually arrived a little earlier than the check in time but we were able to enjoy the amenities. Took the bikes for a little ride around, hang out by the pool and grab some nachos at the bar (amazing) definitely will come back on my next visit."

"We had a wonderful stay for 2nights. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The outside of the property was pretty and relaxing. The staff was wonderful and had great suggestions on where to view the beautiful water. Overall was a nice pleasent stay. Would recommend."

"The room was not what we wanted. It smelled like the old cooking oil they use at the restaurant on the premises. They put us on the second floor with old chairs to sit on outside. While sitting out on the walkway it smelled like human urine. The inside was dirty the table looks like it has not been cleaned ever. The pand and utensils gad grease on them aka dirty. We asked to be moved to a room that cost less and that was a no can do. ."
