We stayed in this hotel in November, the hotel smelled musty and dank as soon as you step foot in to it. Upon further inspection, there was BLACK MOLD in the ceiling of the bathroom. Air vents were covered in dust and dirt and there were cracked tiles all through out the kitchen area. We decided to suck it up and stay the night, but after pulling out the sheets for the fold out bed (which had bars going directly in to your back) there were DARK RED STAINS all over the sheets. We contacted both the staff and expedia, and neither thought toxic black mold, red stained sheets, dangerous cracked tiles, and filthy vents were enough to warrant a move.
DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL, YOU ARE BETTER OFF STAYING ON THE STREET!
Apartment served purpose for a place to stay, quite small and limited space in bathroom, needs a bit of tlc! Tv broken and limited hot water, heating good!

Zeer klein appartement in Dublin
Appartement was zéér klein.

Disappointing
I stayed for two nights, but there was no hot water the first morning. I contacted the very helpful owner and they explained that I had to turn on the water heater in advance, but I don't think that is sufficient, some automatic timer is required. Also, the TV had no reception.
However, the location was very convenient, only a few minutes walk from city center.
