We had multiple mishaps during our stay: a dirty bathrobe, empty body lotion bottle, bugs crawling in the tub, understaffed milk, coffee and bisquites for the second day, and TV wasn’t working. We appreciated the very helpful reception staff, the Italian restaurant salad and pizza were delicious. And we enjoyed our late breakfast at the lobby coffee bar. All in all a great place to stay before flying home.
