Extremely noisy, people fighting, horrible towels Filthy screen in bathroom you can’t see out of. Floors sticky and disgusting When wanting fresh towels my old ones counted in front of me . Disgusting towels and toilet paper. So bad I bought my own They charged $250 a night paid up front and had to stay 9 days never again

If you want a night or two in this motel and you don't want to use the pool or BBQ it's probably fine. Room was very clean except I did find an earwig in the bed but insects can get in under the door so I guess that's what happened. The bed sheets were crisp and clean wifi was very good. The self check in didn’t work for me but maybe it was because I tried to check in before 2pm. After 2pm the reception was open. I stayed there for 3 nights. The pool wasn't cleaned once. There were dead leaves on the bottom and some water insects swimming around. It was also right by the busy main road with no screening. Shame because it was a nice size pool. The BBQ was important for me but I didn’t use it. I didn’t like the BBQ area and the BBQ was filthy. I wouldn't return because of the pool and the BBQ.

The owner was fantastic to speak too, she was a great help as l haven't been to Dubbo before. She pointed out what to do and see while here, so we decided to extend our stay. Parking was easy.

There was some confusion around the booking, as a confirmation email detailing check-in (self-check after 6pm - we arrived 6:10 - no one on property) had not come through by the time we arrived. I did find a text only number and after waiting a little while and being quite concerned we were going to have to find somewhere else and lose our online booking, we did eventually have contact via text - and the woman was VERY helpful! (So although only 2 stars for service and staff - that has more to do with no one being on-site as opposed to the service once we got someone. Check in was, once sorted, very easy! I would stay again, but I would either book 24 hours before, as opposed to on the road, or make sure I get there before 6pm!
