The area wasn’t too busy...A few restaurants at the back of the hotel. Easy to get an uber. Dubai Mall was a 15 min drive.

This property is in a great location, with amazing views of the Burj Khalifa. The deck pool and bar area is super nice and was not crowded. The breakfast had lots of variety. The staff at was so helpful and courteous and made our trip very comfortable.

I paid hotel for a taxi , taxi never came , they never the phone when Expedia called to verify at 2 am phone keep ringing no answer . Took a taxi to the hotel, they said the Will credit me , never did , had no records about the conversation. They got the lines crossed , very unprofessional at the desk .

I made a booking for March 30, 2024. So the original check-in time was 2 pm. But I made multiple requests for a early check-in as we landed in Dubai at 6:30 am in the morning when we went into the hotel at around 8:30 am, they said that the rooms were not available and made me to pay 4 times the price of my actual booking and offered me a presidential suite which is 2207 AED. Please help clients who are requesting early checkin..Posting this because no one else should suffer like me.

From the time we arrived at the Pullman downtown we received excellent service. Owais on the front desk checked us in early. We had an excellent breakfast at the buffet by the time we finished our room was ready. Obaid in concierge/porter helped my friend and i with our bags as well as arranging transport and pick up. We also had some problems with our flights the next morning and Ahmed helped us to check out late and also offered to help arrange new return flights. Overall the property is new, clean and our room had an excellent canal view. Room service meals were delicious and well presented. Highly recommend the Pullman and we will definitely stay here next time we are in Dubai!

This hotel is in a very quiet area where the back/ rear of the hotel is a very clean water canal that offers residents a good boardwalk for jogging or walking exercises.

Nice hotel for Downtown burj khalifa view. Went for NYE at Lolita wow it was good. Service is perfect. Only thing not really a fan is not very big rooms compared to W hotel and fairmont palm hotel are more of villas compared to Pullman. I also want to thank Narish for very good service
