clean, close to market, has everything you need for a couple of nights. I stayed here because I knew I only needed a clean comfortable bed and a good shower. Didn’t really spend time at the hotel to check out the facilities
I changed three time the room. First they gave me 2 separate single bed second they moved me to a 2 single beds and 1 double bed room and finally after complain they gave me a 1 single bed with 1 double bed room. The states of the rooms are very deplorable. I have to complain because of insects on the bed. Insects stung me during 3 days. The shower and toilet are in a poor condition. The secong room was the worst. Wifi very poor signal. small coackroaches in the sink and on the floor. This hotel quality must to be check. I will not recommend people to this hotel.
The elevator indicators it’s confusing if you press and it takes you to 1st floor and the laundry trolley on the time kept at the front of the entrance of the elevator in the first floor where we have stayed at night and the toilet is rusted and not so clean
No coffee/tea making in room, received kettle when we asked but had To buy own coffee. Travellers also find it useful to have towels provided. If you like authenticity, as we do,then the area was just that.

Had three beds when I booked a double. The rooms were not cleaned and no towel or toilet roll was provided on the first day but was the second. Was in a section of the city which was very uncomfortable to walk around as a 20 year old women alone. There was a fridge included, and air con with soap provided. Close to the metro so was super easy to get to the metro train station. There was mould on the window sills and there was no hot water for the showers plus the TV didn’t work. I am someone that just needs a bed to sleep and am not too fussed on the conditions but this was pretty bad, although the price was half decent. Would be amazing if it was just a bit cleaner

They hotel smelled of urine, tenants complained of bed bugs and the staff didnt even check into it. The area is horrible and is a disgrace to Dubai. The hotel would t refund any of my money once I wanted to cancel for even seeing how it looked, to me that’s horrible business to keep money of an individual who just explained they will not stay in your hotel. 5 star hotels never do that.

When we arrived at the hotel, the place was unsafe because it is located in the busy street. The room was not clean and it was different in the photo that showed in expedia. There are bed bugs and cockroaches in the room. On our second day we asked them to clean the room and change the linen and towels but they didn't. They don't have enough amenities like kettle. We borrowed a water boiler at their reception after 2 days they got it from out room without notifying us.
The hotel should not be rated as 2 star. It was very expensive. The price was unreasonable for that hotel.

So I stayed at this hotel and all I can say is the staff are sweet, very helpful. I will be going back to Dubai next year and I will be staying at this hotel again. Everything is close to you even metro if you want to go to Dubai mall or burj khalifa

Really bad neighborhood, don't book this hotel. I booked from here and then after I went there I couldn't find parking spot for the car pls it's inside very creepy place!
The hotel did not have the correct rooms that we needed for the group of people we had booked. Also, there were bed bugs in the rooms and rooms were not clean.
Nine people chose to LEAVE the hotel and spend the night in the airport as the conditions were not suitable and not enough rooms that we had paid for. We tried talking to the hotel SEVERAL TIMES once the people left after being there only for a few minutes, and they refused to refund any of the money and were VERY rude. I would NEVER recommend this hotel. It was a nightmare of an experience with them. Also, they offer free transfers - only FROM the airport to the hotel - NOT from the hotel back to the airport the next day. Bad policy. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Stay in the airport if you must - but DON'T GO TO THIS HOTEL.
I was disappointed with Hotels.com whom I use all the time to book hotel rooms for myself and others traveling with our organization. When calling hotel.com - they tried to talk with the hotel it's self and could not get anywhere. I believe this hotel should be removed from Hotels.com advertising. We had several rooms that we paid for that were NEVER used. Such a shame.
I WOULD RATE THIS HOTEL A "0" NOT A ONE, BUT DIDN'T HAVE THAT OPTION.
No reception room for visitors and no one is allowed to visit you in your bedroom nor girlfriend is allowed to visit you, staffs are not polite and rude telling you what to do as if you are in prison
Hotel is on a terrible district with too much noise. Everything is old, there is no carpet on the floor. It seemed like a hotel for one night hook ups for people.
Bad receptionist not friendly and very rude. We will never wish to stay there again.

Never stay in the hotel. Front staff cheats to me.the room infested with cockroches and cleaning the room rarely touches it. Don't expext kindness of employees. it's relief if they don't cheat

For cleaning we have to take permission from guest usually all guest outside at day time so cleaning remain pending, without guest confirmation housekeeping can't enter in the room.

Hotellet höll på att renoveras när vi var där. Personalen var hjälpsam och såg till att ordna transfer till flygplatsen. Inte helt nöjd med städningen men sängarna var sköna och det var tyst när man gick och lade sig.
