Wow this resort is really amazing. Everything about it was stunning from the foyer to the room, the pool, the restaurants, the grounds. Everything was perfect. Service was impeccable and staff were friendly and helpful. Felt like we were the most important people there, as service was personalised. Would highly recommend

Room had no cold water on arrival. Could not take shower, could not wash our face or brush our teeth as the water was boiling hot! This happened on arrival after 16 hours of flight! A technician showed up to fix the problem, after one hour he said the issue was resolved, only for us to find out that it was not resolved. Because of all this we missed our dinner. The morning after they moved us to a suite, but they forgot to do daily service of the room. We came back to the unit the end of a day being out and seeing the unit exactly we left it in the morning. They wasted another 2 hours of our time to service the unit. Just a complete disaster. The hotel itself is nice and new but the service is mediocre at best! The staff needs far more training, and units have to be inspected before they assign guests to the them. A massive disappointment!!! A complete waste of my money and time for such a huge trip that was supposed to be immaculate and memorable and flawless as I expected from such facility!

Very good hotel, brilliant food at breakfast. Staff at breakfast very good. But let down is extra charges for little things like water at Nobu by the Beach, location of sun lounges require you to pay extra. Staff let this down by not providing the best service if you don’t order food. The experience in this area was a let down. Considering the cost. Other than that all very nice

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very friendly. There is a distinct lack of written information in the rooms which would be helpful for looking at restaurant menus

i only stay in the best when ever i travel and this was the best of them. best design amazing service amazing facility, best restaurants best views in dubai as a matter of fact i extended my stay twice and rarely so any of dubai because there's so much to do in the hotel

If you like large hotels then this is the one for you. It is a lovely hotel with beautiful art works on display throughout the lobby and corridors. The rooms are not large but have lovely amenities both in the bedroom and bathroom. The Royal Club room staff were delightful. Food options there were good but the room itself was in a ground floor location with no view of anything. Club room lounges I have been to before are usually on a high level floor with great views. There is no pool open to in-house guests only unless you want to pay a lot to use the pool on the 22nd floor. In house guests should be treated differently to outsiders. We didn’t feel we were.

This is beautiful hotel. one of the best in Dubai. it has very modern design. Food is great and pricy. but what do you expect from a 5 star hotel. They only thing I don't like is the infinite pool with charge. but I couldn't think a different way to prevent the crowed in the infinite pool. so it's acceptable. I also like it's connect to the water park which make your trip more interesting

Absolutely love this property. The most beautiful modern hotel I have ever been to. The rooms and service were outstanding as well. The staff was very attentive and made sure to pass along your name to each other staff member before greeting you so that each interaction felt more personal. I want to give this hotel a 10/10 but I have to give it a 9/10 simply because the provided plug adapters for the rooms do not work in the bathrooms for the room. So come prepared if you are from the US with a few different types of adapters or you will be drying your hair next to the balcony instead of the bathroom. Other than that, the entire experience was amazing and I will definitely be back.

The hotel is brand new and has a magnificent architechture which I found myself just staring at it multiple times. Variety of pool and dining options also shuttle avalible to take you to Atlantis increases dining and entertainment options. Breakfast is fenomenal including alcoholic drinks and many food stations. Our room had a stunning view of the marina yet hygiene level was lower then expected as we found a leftover/open lotion bottle and all toiletteries were not refreshed also the chair cushions at the balcony was stained so we had to ask then to change. The sauna and steam room area of the gym was very crowded ( so small for a hotel at this scale and celary done on purpose to upsell the spa packages) and again had hyigene issues such towels even cups left inside the steam room and sauna. It was very disappointing to see these hygiene issues at a hotel with this price point. Cloud 22 is adult only pool yet comes with an minimum spend which was again surprising for us, since this pool is only open to hotel guests anyway. The views from the pool is amazing but be prepared to be surrounded by tacky people and some tacky decor.
