While the public areas of the hotel are certainly impressive, there's room for improvement when it comes to the rooms and suites. They look a little dated and could do with a refresh. During my time by the pool, I found it a little tiring to be asked for my room number by several different members of staff. In addition, the level of service in the pool area left much to be desired and the towels provided were visibly worn. On a more positive note, I must commend the hotel for its breakfast service, which was consistently good. However, it was disappointing to find that my clothes had a lingering smell of fried food after each visit to the restaurant.

Hotel staff is super slow in terms of bringing things to the room, taking luggage up and down etc. During checkout I called for a porter 5 times over a span of 30 mins. I ended up taking the luggage down my self. Rooms are nice but dont bother wasting money at the buffet the food is terrible and overpriced.

Absolutely fabulous stay. I usually stay at the best hotels around the world. The Address lived up that and more. The experience, room and views. Were amazing. I also want to say that the stay was so much better due to the initial experience I had with an amazing member of the staff, Hugo, at the front desk. He continuously went above and beyond to make sure my stay was wonderful. I was blown away with the care and courteousness of Hugo and the entire team at the Address. Definitely skipping the Four Seasons next time and staying again at the Address.

One of the best Dubai hotels in amazing location. Connected to metro station, Dubai mall and sister Address Hotels. The room was spacious, clean and private with a balcony facing the Burj Khalifa. You can also control the A/C, TV and order food from the iPad. The staff was respectful and helpful. The breakfasts are very tasty, the waiters are very attentive. The view from the infinity pool on 54th floor is outstanding. I don’t see any other hotels beating it to be fair. I would definitely recommend!

The staff are extremely polite and friendly and would go above and beyond to accommodate all your needs. The rooms are luxurious and includes all the amenities you will need. The only con would be the entertainment system as it could use some upgrades as it only supports iOS and the bathrooms TV needs to support Youtube and Spotify. Other than that, The hotel is extremely high-end and and has one of the best rooftop pools im Dubai. Highly recommend. A thank you to George and Bernard for making this an unforgettable stay.

When you compare the service level with Address Beach Resort, unfortunately, Address Sky Views falls behind big time. It’s an excellent hotel (Address Sky Views), but the service quality is below par for the price you pay.
