"We stayed the first night opening and it showed. The staff was nice, but they did not have access to housekeeping areas, so our room had NO cooking utensils, hair dryer, or enough pillows for our bed, and there was no way for them to provide them because they had no key. And…the elevator was out of order…thankful that we were on the first floor! If you need or want any amenities, check before you accept the room. I do expect that things will improve with time. Would we book here again…probably...
