"Accommodation was very clean. Kitchen was well equipped with h small table and chairs. Was fine for us (2 people). Would suite small family of 4 but for 4 adults it would have been less accommodating for meals. Lounge was good with large screen TV. Local store open from early on to late including Sundays and was well stocked."

"Property was exceptionally clean modern well equipped. Nice little touches of milk bread spread and bottles of wine for arrival. No issues at all with the property it was lovely. The only issue was with the pub next door, which when we spoke to the host the next day he dealt with straight away. Parking instructions werenโt communicated. Access to property is via the pub car park."

"What an absolutely gorgeous house, the house is actually better in person than the pictures show. Check in was simple with a handy located key box and lots of parking. It was pretty nippy outside and the house was already heated and nice and toasty on arrival, along with the hot tub. "Stayed for 2 nights. It was a nice modern room which was overall clean but we did notice some hairs and marks in our room so doubt it was cleaned thoroughly before our stay. Overall it was more than adequate for us with a lovely bathroom with shower and a huge TV, although it seemed to only offer apps to watch and not live TV. Unless I was doing something wrong ? Breakfast and dining area were excellent. Shame about the building site next door as a view though. Although as we stayed at the weekend there was no work happening and so it didn't affect us. These are minor things though and I would stay here again and recommend to others."

"A comfortable and clean hotel away from York city centre but close enough for an easy walk or journey into the centre. The hotel is just over a mile from York railway station and the Micklegate. The hotel is overlooking the racecourse and has a range of amenities, including a small pool, a tennis court and a beauty salon. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning, a must have for the recent hot weather we have experienced. The breakfast was most enjoyable, being well laid out a varied selection of options available. The cooked breakfast was replenished at regular intervals so was fresh and hot. All the staff were friendly and helpful, which I was especially grateful for as at the time of our visit I was temporarily having to use crutches to get around. A special mention to Liam, the manager, who was particularly helpful during our 2 night stay. We would not hesitate to stay at the Delta again on any future trips to York."

"I likes the location, the cleanliness and standard of the hotel. The only thing i didnt like was the breakfast, not sure why there was no option of fried eggs, as the scrambled eggs tasted like carton and probably made of powder. Such a shame, as the rest was amazing, including the waffle station!"
