"The hotel is very nice, staff very friendly and accommodating. Transportation is questionable. I had a fall before coming and hurt my knee. Uber is not available. Tram doesn’t go everywhere. Restaurante employees in the town square are nice and called a taxi for me. This hotel was the best out of all the other hotels we stayed in, on this trip to Germany."

"Fairly new hotel. Informal atmosphere with quirky decor and lots of little corners for quiet meetings. Great breakfast, and gluten free requirements satisfied. The bedroom was too warm for me, so I turned the heater off and opened the window. "Staff was friendly, hotel was nice and the location was great. Our only issue was they weren’t able to do laundry service because we were there during a weekend. It would have been nice if they advertised that their laundry service was Monday to Friday only so we could have planned better. "
