"We were able to check in early without any problems. The staff couldn't have been nicer. The shuttle service to down town was a great benifit. The drivers provided a wealth of information and recomendations on where to eat and what to do on the island. Strongly recomend anyone making their first to the Keys to take advantage of this resort."

"Elevator was broken for several days. The staff definitely helped with our luggage for checkout but the rest of the time we used the stairs. Still not so bad but the gates on the stairs did not lock properly so it gives the impression of a property that is not well maintained."

Very little storage because refrigerator, microwave and safe took up all the room for drawers. Floor had nails popping through. Hurt my foot coming out of bed stepping on one. The floors were also sagging in some spots. The room had one small desk and only one chair. The lamp over the table had wires showing on the cord. So we were afraid to use it. "This place was wonderful. Spacious room with great view. The bathroom was large and had everything needed. Bed was very comfortable and no issues with anything in the room. Will definitely go back there again. Pool and outside area was clean and beautiful too. "
