"The staff was very helpful in changing our room from an accessible one to one that wasn’t. They also accommodated a request to place us on a different floor than the big group of kids that was staying there. Our room was well equipped and clean. "What can I say about a hotel that supplies earplugs in the room? The room was clean. Our room was on the second floor. To get to our room, we took the elevator up to the second floor and then up six narrow, steep stairs.
Plus, when we checked in, they put a hold on our credit card for the entire stay. Basically, you pay upfront. The breakfast isn't exactly free. You have a choice of four dishes or $6 off any regular menu options which run about $11. You also pay for tea and coffee. Not exactly...

"Absolutely disgusting hotel. It is dated, but that isn’t the issue. There was a hair in the bed, multiple hairs in the bathtub. It smelled and the wall and floor were disgusting. I refused to let my kids eat their breakfast and if it was refundable I would have stayed somewhere else. We asked for a rollaway bed and were denied. Probably because they had it set up in the gym area for an employee to use."

Robes, nice continental breakfast, GREEK yogurt parfait bar. AND yet another solid choice, GLASS not plastic bottles of San Pelecrino in the no host honor bar.
Tiny area for improvement, great job having a bottle of still water and glasses waiting the room. Refill the bottle in the mornings or...place a pitcher...
