"The staff were excellent-gracious, kind and wanting to go above and beyond with customer service. This is definitely a hotel to stay if you enjoy impeccable customer service. The one item that was less than stellar was that my room hadn't fully been cleaned yet, but I was doing early check in. Fast Eddy-Bellhop, Thurston & AJ-concierge and Francisco at the Ambler were FANTASTIC!"

"Stayed here for an unexpected trip and everything was amazing. I have stayed at several hotels for business, pleasure, etc from 1 star to 5 stars and I can’t speak highly enough about his hotel. The Hotel Valencia Riverwalk truly impressed me from every point of contact throughout my stay. The entire hotel exhibited cleanliness that met my high expectations. The staff was beyond accommodating. I could go on and on about the great things in the room, but you will have to see for yourself. I don’t plan to stay anywhere else when I come back to San Antonio.
