"This was our second time staying at this resort in the Family Selection with a large group and lots of kids, and both visits were excellent. A huge part of that is thanks to Josue, who truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The hotel is literally right on the sand, and our room had floor-to-ceiling windows plus a big private balcony overlooking the beach and sunset - absolutely beautiful. The design is new, modern, and very comfortable. Staff communication was excellent, and their custom town guide was super helpful.
