"I love the convenience, size of the rooms and breakfast at the Kitano. The staff are also incredibly helpful. On two different stays, we asked to move rooms, once for a faulty AC, in whitch they upgraded us to a mini suite. And once when the bed was uncomfortable. Not all rooms are the same.
