"Honestly best hotel I have ever stayed in! The smell in the lobby was so refreshing. The rooms were beyond clean, not even a little bit of dust in sight! I would 1000% stay again if I came back to NYC. And Times Square is right around the corner. You can see the red stairs from the front door of the hotel"

"Great hotel with a fantastic location. The rooms are spacious but NYC standards and clean. The restaurant in the lobby has great coffee and is a fun place to spend an evening. Joe the manager is fantastic. He made our stay very enjoyable."

"Staff was friendly and helpful, clean facility, great location, key cards worked, complimentary coffee and croissant next door very pleasant. Great shower and water pressure. Only complaints: no in room coffee machine, fridge was an extra charge, amenities fees doubled from one to two hundred after our reservation and we had no closet, one hanger, no drawers, no suitcase stands for a six day stay. Room was small, but that’s NYC."

"The hotel is close to the subway station and Times Square. The room was clean and decently sized (you can’t expect big rooms in NYC). However, I feel like staying at this hotel wasn’t worth the lofty prices they charged. There were hidden fees upon arrival. Breakfast was included, but the quality of most dishes wasn’t great. "I was only there for one night for the Knicks parade, but it was a fantastic stay. The room was clean and spacious. I had the superior room with the sofa bed and it came in handy. The staff was really really nice very accommodating especially with how hectic all the check-ins were. I would definitely stay there again"

"This was a great retreat right in the middle of Times Square. Clean hotel with restaurants, bars and a pool. Rooms were cute and comfortable. Had a coffee maker and free water. Bed was comfortable large, bathroom was clean. Room service came daily. Only cons are that the elevators can be slow at peak times. But you will have that anywhere with more than 10 floors. Did not run into a single unfriendly staff member."
