"The condos need updating!! Did not expect to have to cross a busy highway to get to the beach!! Build a pedestrian crosswalk!! "

"Our room on the street side neededsound proofing! The shutters don’t keep out the road noise and it was very noisy early and late. Difficult to sleep. Otherwise it was clean and had a great view. "

"Very nice room with great amenities. Great shower and water temperature. Charge for parking and resort fee was a bit much but expected. Lots of construction going on at other towers. Beautiful property. Elevators were tricky and occasionally out of service. Room next to mine had a Toler breakage which flooded the hall way and ito the entry way of my room. Crew did what it could to dry it up. A nice stay with a couple of minor issues. "

"This a was a large condo building on the water. There was plenty of parking and a security guard on premises. Every door uses a pass code to get in like room, pool, elevator, stairs ect. There are some people that use these condos for winter months. It was located close to downtown kona. "

"Did not have a “to go” breakfast available and we had to check out well before breakfast hours to catch a flight. "

"Unending additional charges, $25 parking and then sent yo another hotel to park, $25 resort fee fo no amenities etc etc. We will not be back"

"I would not recommend the hotel. Had bad water maintenance system. Out balcony was full of water and it was raining inside our room. The service at the bar next to the pool was bad. On the online menu they had fresh cut pineapple and when i asked for it, he just shoved the menu in front of my face. The drinks are bad quality."

"The property itself was fine. I didnt like that they left opened condiments and a water bottle in the refrigerator. Or that the sink pop up didnt work, or what looks like mold developing on the shower liner. But you get what you pay for, so it is what it is. My plane changed after booking so I had to extend my time with a late checkout, which I paid almost a whole day for to check out at 5 pm instead of 10 am. "Mostly very clean, except sliding glass doors. Would have cleaned myself but no cleaning materials on site. Wanted to love this place.
