"Decent hotel/motel in northern Tucson. It’s on a busy shopping road surrounded by many strip malls/shopping centers. Convenient for shopping, but not scenic or convenient to much else. Rooms were clean. Pool was nice, but it was too hot to use middays. Had 2 laundry rooms with 2 machine each and only a $1.50 per wash or dry. Property is completely non-smoking even in the outside areas and parking lot"

"It is an older property but well kept and beautifully southwestern property. Nice pool and jacuzzi, complementary breakfast. They have happy hour offerings as well. It it also very quiet We usually stay there when visiting Tucson, less expensive that staying in a resort."

The property is a 1980’s design, and will need some updating in the years to come, but it’s all very well maintained. About 20 min to UofA if visiting a child. Only criticism would be the lack of a concierge. We were there over a long, and very high occupancy weekend, so it would have been a very nice amenity (eg. "This hotel is badly in need of maintenance and perhaps new management. The stairway carpets looked as though they had not been cleaned for weeks and must have been over 10 years old. Breakfast was in a room by the lobby and did not vary for the almost 4 weeks we were there. The room was not well attended during breakfast hours and we often had to ask them to refill the coffee machine. The outdoor pool was closed.
