"From check-in to check out, staff was wonderful. Check-in person was friendly, explained the motel amenities, and got us out quickly. The room itself was acceptably clean (carpet was in decent shape) and the bathroom had been updated. Beds were comfortable and clean. We were missing not only a hair dryer but also a shower curtain - both were brought up to us (how do you forget about a shower curtain?). AC was off when we arrived but cooled down the room sufficiently within a reasonable...

"We had a problem with our door key/locking mechanism and the desk was not helpful in resolving the problem. They wanted us to move from a Lahni upper pool view suite to a lower regular room facing a rock wall with zero compensation for the large downgrade in room. They would not call in a maintenance technician to replace the battery in the door. I got tools from my car opened the door mechanism, cleaned the battery contacts and the door worked fine. This took 2.5 hours ruined our dining plans...
