Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were a little outdated, fridge had old pizza in a ziplock and there was a missing sheer curtain. Everything else was good to stay and seemed cleaned. The breakfast was simple, coffee, juice, milk, toast or English muffin along with two different cereals. WiFi was good. No other amenities used.

It is a dated hotel. And it is north of Tucson in the town of Catalina, AZ. So if you want to be closer to downtown Tucson, this may not be the place to stay. That being said, the staff and GM made the stay comfortable and resolved any issues. They really cared to make the stay nice. Plus, Catalina State Park is a few miles away along with horseback riding ranches and Oro Valley Marketplace. So it is a good place to stay if those are your intentions.

Customer service was great!! The place is cozy anf the outdoor landscaping and pool looks fantastic. It was an unexpected check in after driving all day travelling and tired at 3 am . The only reason four stars is due to there where hair on the shower curtain and very little toilet paper almost finished toilet paper roll. The room was clean and have all the amenities coffee maker , refrigerator microwave, all the important stuff that you used regular . I will be returning there and Catalina Arizona is a beautiful cozy town possibly move in the future after discovering the location. I would recommend to anyone Catalina Inn is just small things that need to be addressed.

Catalina inn was amazing. Its outside of Tucson a bit but i was still able to meet up with my friend from Tucson. Daily housekeeping is great. They brought us fresh towels and removed trash. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
