"The lift/ elevator seldom worked. Also the AC in the room was very complicated to operate, and would have to be turned on every time we opened the door. With two rooms reserved for four people thirty was simply a newssense. Lights turning on and off had a time delay. No explaination. Breakfast was good but the lady serving was so over worked. She needed at least one if not two helpers to manage the crowd. Over all good, but for the same cost I would expected a much better experience."

"Helpful staff that accommodated our early check-in and upgraded our room to a suite facing the river. Grateful for the top notch service of the staff. Everyone is professional, helpful and friendly. Willing to go the extra mile to assist - from valet parking, luggages, spa. Being in the service industry, I’m highly impressed by the training provided by the hotel and the consistency of the team. First round of beverage is complimentary and booking of the spa to avoid an overcrowded sauna is also a considerate gesture. Highly recommended to stay in Rebello !!!"

"I got what I paid for. The room is good and spacious. Bathroom could be much cleaner. My only complaint is that they offer complementary beer on arrival which is great but if the guest doesn’t drink alcohol, may be offer a water bottle? I arrived at 2, waited for my room to be available until 3. I asked if the room has water bottle, the person at reception said no. Tap water is drinkable but the room had no glass, not even disposable. No windows is fine, we know what we are signing up for but already have a water bottle or glass to drink water. That’s basic necessity. Breakfast was ok ok."

"This apartment-style hotel was exactly what we needed for our Porto stay. The rooms were spotless and spacious, with a clean, modern design throughout, plus a kitchenette and plenty of storage space — ideal for families traveling with kids or anyone wanting a bit more room to settle in. It’s located in a quieter area a bit outside the historical center, which some travelers might hesitate over, but it wasn’t an issue at all — Bolt and Uber got us to and from every spot on our list quickly and affordably. If anything, the quieter surroundings made for a more restful stay after busy days of sightseeing. I’d absolutely stay here again on a future trip to Porto."

"Nice location you could take the train from the airport to the hotel no problems just a short walk from the station 10 to 15 minute walk down to the river but lots to see on the way the staff were amazing. The breakfast buffet was good a little overpriced though I’m in a different hotel right now and I noticed the beds here aren’t as soft this back home, but you can still sleep good."
