You couldn't fault anything about the property. All staff were very friendly and helpful, the property was very clean and tidy. All your requests were dealt with immediately. There was no language barriers with the staff and the local people in the region. In a good location too the shopping places, restaurants and bars
The manager of the property also gave me and my husband a complimentary Balinese Massage for an hour, which was much needed.

The property was in a great area close to everything but it is definitely due for upgrades and renovation it has fallen a long way from what you see in the photos. Tubs, toilets need replacing. Staff are nice and helpful.
