"It was a bit challenging to find the parking for this hotel so please research that before you go, but it is below the hotel but the roads to get to it were not easy to find. Besides that,, the check-in was great and the staff was wonderful and very polite and kind and they spoke English really well. The breakfast the following morning was amazing and one of the best weโve had in Europe.!! the man who parked our car and retrieved our car was very nice and helpful as well. The room was very clean as well as the bathroom.. there was more than adequate air-conditioning in the room for this extremely hot summer. We are having.. The location was amazing near all the shops and restaurants and about a five minute walk down to the lakeโฆ. Really I would go here again without any hesitation.. the trains and the funicular were also right next to the hotel, making it easy if you needed to travel somewhere else easily. Donโt hesitate to book this hotel.!!"

"I was recommended to stay at the Bellevue and it was excellent. Location right on the lake, with spectacular views. Easy to get to the center and surrounding areas. Walking distance to Mt. San Salvatore and various restaurants. Excellent breakfast."

"The whole experience was flawless. The property is impeccable down the last blade of grass. Absolutely recommend this place for a stay on the lake. The water access is literally out front for easy on and off boating via their dock. If youโre staying here you also get access to the separate beach club area. The rooms are large and elegant in design staff all super friendly and helpful. We will be back. ."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were fantasticโso welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout my visit. Everything was great overall, and I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. My only small issue was that the shower was a bit too small. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I would happily stay here again!"

"A really lovely stay at the ibis budget. A very short walk to the lake and a 20 minute walk to the centre of Lugano. Room was kept very clean and staff were friendly. Paradiso train station a 5 minute walk and bus stops nearby. Recommend the bakery/tea room round the corner!"
