"We booked to stay here 2 nights in June. The day we were to arrive we got a message from the hotel to say that they were undergoing renovations and they would refund us for our breakfast charges and give us a free to-go breakfast one day. Annoying as we have a very picky eater and the buffet is a main reason we booked Premier Inn. When we arrived it took the counter staff ages to check us in as apparently there was something confusing about the booking in the system. She was very nice though. So...

"The suite was lovely and spacious, very clean as well. We decided to have a Valentines meal there which was also very good. The staff are courtious and very helpful. Full English breakfast was really tasty and well cooked. Overall a wonderful place to stay, our room overlooked the beach."

Was ist passiert: Beim Einchecken war das Hotel leider nicht in der Lage zu verifizieren, dass wir über Expedia gebucht haben und Expedia dem Hotel das Geld (standardmäßig) über eine virtuelle Kreditkarte schon vor Wochen gutgeschrieben hatte. "A traditional seaside B&B with an equally traditional welcome from Richard and Sam, very nice full English breakfast and a brilliant location by the harbour and beach. Views over the harbour or beach (we had two rooms on the top floor for our family so had both!)"
