"Fantastic location, just a 5 min walk from Victoria station. Staff are great, so friendly. Room was lovely. It didn’t have the advertised chandelier though. The wardrobe wasn’t tall enough for my maxi dresses but i was able to hang them on the outside which was fine. Plenty of hangers. Gorgeous cake and cookies in room on arrival. Bring a device that can Cast your content to TV so you don't have to try to find something to watch on the confusing TV/Media System, the channel guide is awful. The WiFi is lightning fast and great for streaming."
