"Good breakfast. We went for a relaxing getaway. The sauna was out of order, we had to ask for the pool to be uncovered, the pool was freezing, the pool room was freezing!! Everywhere I looked was a sign for " we accept tips"! At least 4 in the room and 2 at the breakfast area! All along with a sign that also said " room cleaning and amenities are at your request only". "They Changed my room booking due to being over booked. Stated "gave you mountain views". Open curtain and it was view of dumpsters. The person we starred check in with swapped with another person to tell us about room change. Food vending prices are high. Flat pillows with absolutely not life left in them. Very small pool."

However, although there was a sign that said they were remodeling and apologize for the inconvenience and noise, I did not expect hammering directly above my room at 8:30 AM. The staff at the front desk said they’d ask them to stop but they did not which made it impossible to do anything but check out. This was a room that cost $385 for one night in Lebanon New Hampshire, off the highway."
