"We were looking forward to staying here but our experience was not good. Arrived late but I did the pre check in, however, front desk said it didn’t go thru. Very long waits at front desk at all times. Beds were absolutely awful . Rickety and creaking all night . Sofa bed was not able to be used, could feel springs poking out. Crumbs on floor all around the bed from previous guests- gross. While at the pool, upon going back to our room, our room keys quit working and it took 2 visits to front desk to have it resolved. Piper at the front desk was not helpful, not friendly at all. The only pros to this hotel is the pool and lazy River is very nice, and the breakfast was good."

"Stay far away from this place. Calling it a “resort” is completely misleading. The rooms are in terrible condition—everything is worn, outdated, and clearly neglected. From the furniture to the overall cleanliness, it feels like basic maintenance hasn’t been done in a long time. What’s even worse is their dishonest and predatory billing practices. They try to charge guests for “damages” that were not caused by them. When confronted, they fail to provide any clear evidence, documentation, or reasonable explanation to justify these charges. It feels like a blatant attempt to take advantage of guests after their stay. Customer service is unhelpful and dismissive, offering no real support or resolution. Instead of addressing concerns professionally, they deflect and leave you stuck dealing with unfair charges. Overall, this was a frustrating and unacceptable experience. Between the poor room conditions and questionable billing tactics, this place is absolutely not worth your time or money. Book somewhere else and save yourself the headache."

We were worried the noise from the airport lobby (our room overlooked) would keep us up but we didn't hear a thing and got a great sleep. Best part was walking out of the hotel lobby and being right at TSA. Will definitely stay again"
