"Full breakfast was excellent"

"We’ve stayed at Langdon Hall a couple of times over the past 20 years. We had a nice visit… until check out time. It escalated quickly. The minuscule lobby was teeming with sleepy guests around a nearly empty pot of coffee barricaded by luggage. A front desk attendant tried to help me by tilting the pot spilling coffee on my hand. They should have simply brought a new pot of coffee to avoid the slow trickle and disperse the crowd. Then I patiently stood in a semblance of a line to be...

"Noisy wall AC in the room. Sheratons should have central AC. The food was OK but I thought it would be a bit more upscale in a Sheraton. Plenty of parking. Helpful & friendly staff."

"We were surprised to learn we'd be staying in what amounts to a college dorm. But it was a pleasant surprise. The room was large with two double beds, divided by a half wall. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Room had a full size fridge and microwave. Only thing we didn't find in the room was a hair dryer. We arrived very late, after midnight. The gentleman working the check in desk was very polite and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again if we pass back through."

"Nothing unique...just a basic hotel room... clean sheets and nothing falling apart, so it was ok for a night. Didn't try the breakfast this time...but had it before, and its super basic."

"We stayed in a suite with a King bed. This room had a full size refrigerator with a dishwasher, large Microwave and two burner cook top. It came with all cooking implements. Hands down the most spacious room we have ever had at this price point. Buffet breakfast was excellent both on quality and quantity with an ample supply of fresh coffee. Very attentive staff were always present and at the ready to assist."

"A big shout out to all the staff working at the front desk. They could not have been more professional. I noted on a pad a few tweaks to the room we stayed in I thought the management should consider. Normally, this would be a fool’s errand and met with a polite thank you. But not here. The person at the desk not only took time to read my list but gave very thoughtful responses, including the assurance that he would personally make sure the management saw it. "This is an excellent property to stay at. The only negative is the parking. Better communication to have this arranged would have been helpful. Other than that this is a great place to stay."
