"Positive: Room was clean Negative: For a family of 2 adults and 3 children (including a 2 year old baby), I originally booked a family room and was told that the room will have double bed, a sofa bed, and a baby cot. However, they originally put us to a room with with just 1 double bed and a baby cot. The only downside was that even though they advertised on both the website and at the hotel that a safe was available, I was told by the staff it's not a service they offer."
