"Jorge was so welcoming. He was always available to offer a suggestion or direction The facility was VERY nicely appointed from the towels and sheets to the tissues. Every light was spot lighting a beautiful object in the room. The ligjts would come on magically as you entered and turned off just as effortlessly. The common area on the second floor was a wonderful addition and allowed for an open space to enjoy wine and a snack. "

"The property was in a quiet residential area yet so close to the old town via bus just 100 metres down the road or 15-20 minute walk on a beautiful walking path. Eva was a wonderful host who showed us through our apartment on check in and gave us some valuable tips. We also utilised the upstairs laundry for a small fee which was most appreciated after a couple of weeks living out of our suitcases. Would highly recommend this place"

Built in music/speakers in the bathroom was cool, bed very cozy, a little too much furniture stuffed into the room so had to move around to accommodate our luggage, but overall a lovely place to stay over Christmas 🎄excellent location, restaurant on site was superb as was the breakfast each morning."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s within a 25 min walk to the city center but there are regular buses a block away that go right into the city center which make it super convenient. The hotel gave us a free pass for the bus. It was a breeze going back and forth the 2 days we were there. Also the hotel is walking distance to the main train terminal. "

"This is an amazing hotel. From the check in where you get personal attention from Ulrike and have all questions answered over a glass of sparking wine or tea, to the magnificent rooms, to the wonderful in house restaurant. The location in the old town could not be better. A few minutes walk to the cable car up to the fortress, to the many shops in the old town. Walking bridges are also not far away if you want to walk to the other side of town across the river. If you can book a room on the...
