"The service was excellent! From front desk, bell hops, room service attendants and even the person who oversees the breakfast hours are all incredibly superb. The room was clean and well thought out. The only thing I can think of is you may need to request a roll away if you have a party of three and staying in the junior suite. "A lovely stay in Salzburg in the Hapimag Resort. One thing I need to clarify: this is NOT a hotel. It is more of a short-term residence. Every room has a kitchenette and breakfast is not included or indeed on offer. There is no restaurant or bar or even a lobby. "This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in and it is Ulrich who made the visit so memorable. Right from the moment you walk in you feel welcomed and that your comfort matters. "Ich war Mitte Mai 2025 für 1 Übernachtung in der ROSENVILLA. Das Anmeldeprocedere mit dem jungen Herrn war ein wenig unbeholfen holprig, aber alles Andere dann sehr schön. Mein Zimmer war geräumig, alles sehr sauber, die große Matraze super angenehm und das Umfeld draußen sehr ruhig. Ich konnte entspannt mit geöffneter Balkontür schlafen.
