"Hotel looks directly out of Mount Blanc. Nice pool and hot tub and great lounge chairs. Nice little bar for snacks and drinks for dinner no Restaurant. Staff was very, very helpful."
"Beautiful and conveniently located property with excellent restaurants. I would have given it a 5 star review except that I forgot a blazer-jacket in the closet. I reported that I had forgotten it less than 12 hours after checking out ( we had moved to an adjacent hotel for a pre-planned trip). They reported that they could not find the jacket. So a $400 JACKET is gone - and there can’t be many people that entered the room in such a short time period. Great property - but don’t forget anything...
"The staff were amazing. We hiked the TMB and were able to leave our bags with the concierge. The apartment suites had high end appliances and were amazingly functional and comfortable. The spa was delightful and very clean."
"AVOID: Did not have hot water in the shower for several days. Spoke to the front desk four times (to Manon and Natasha); each time, they told me they were aware of the problem, that a technician had come, and that the problem was fixed. We stayed in Chamonix because my husband ran the UTMB marathon: when he finished the marathon, he had a cold shower and shivered for hours. Hot water is a basic requirement of any hotel, and the problem was not fixed until the last morning of our stay.
