"Lovely hotel, with very good staff. Check in was painless and our room was ready before the usual check in time. We had a great view from the 12th floor of the ferry dock and it was great to see them coming in and out each day. Only negative I would have to say is that the area is pretty desolate. Nearest places to eat outside the hotel are a 20 minute walk away, although a supermarket is next door. Thankfully the bus service into the city was great and ran like clockwork."

"Had a very pleasant experience. Staff were very attentive and helpful. No ask was too big or small and I felt very at home. The pastries at breakfast were magnificent, best croissants I’ve ever had! Only drawback is having to pay to access the pool which is housed within the spa. Should always be included in a property of that calibre but overall, an excellent hotel!"

"Room was quite small but with two windows, had lovely views of the sea. All amenities were spot on. The breakfast was superb, big choice of delicious food."

"The food was amazing, both the breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Grounds are beautiful. Staff was very kind. The castle itself is lovely with ornate decor. Slept so well on the bed too. The only issue that came up was getting a to-go breakfast for the early flight out."

"We very much enjoyed our stay at Castle House Inn. We had a double private room with a shared communial bath which was perfect for us. The Inn is off of a road that doesn't get much traffic, centralized for walking all over Stolkholm, near the ferries and subway - we loved how accessible it was to all things! It was also a very peaceful place!"

"Trevlig personal. Stimmigt receptionsområde. Bra restaurang men rummet var trist - beige så att säga. Funktionsanpassat men luktade mediciner och hade inget inbjudande i varken färg, konst eller dekoration. Kändes mer som ett vandrarhem än ett hotell. "

"Some (most) staff were friendly. More amenities needed in room (a kettle, rather than being in the hallway) and hotel is due an update soon I would say, as it's starting to look a little worn. Great location though and would probably stay again."

"There are two Irish Pubs on the treet.you walk.down to the Metro station. There.is also a Germam place next to one of the Irish Pubs. I had a dinner at both places and the meals we're excellent. Except in the bathrooms, reception, and the cellar where breakfast is served, all of the rooms and hallways have the wooden plank subfloor showing. I guess this may be a new style, but it looks cheap to me. I told them already in a direct message that they need to have regular flooring over the...
