"The staff at the hotel was amazing! Always offered a warm drink for us whenever we left the hotel or came back (went in the winter). They also helped us order items we didnt have and got it to us in a timely manner. The communication between us and the staff was a little bit difficult as they mostly didnt speak english, but they always tried their best to accommodate and thankfully I had family members who were able to communicate with them. Overall would stay again when I travel to Beijing...

"Absolutely amazing. I loved this hotel so much. The space is curated beautifully with art work, great ambiance, and great food and drinks. The facilities are beautiful, it’s cozy and the staff was excellent. Very kind, helpful, and patient.
