Great hotel
Use this hotel for a few off our blokes as working in the area great landlord who’s always very accommodating and helps out with anything we need rooms are perfect always clean and tidy my blokes love staying here easily the best hotel and pub in the area

Dirty carpets, coffee table & dusty furniture. Cobwebs everywhere & 2 VERY large spiders, I put glasses over them but had to sleep with light on as was worried there were more lurking about. Got up more tired than when I went to bed. Not impressed!!.

Only if you're desperate...
We stayed one night in the Rose suite at the Dickleburgh Crown during a two-day house-hunting trip round Suffolk. The reviews on Hotels.com were good and we couldn't find an airbnb with a bath at short notice (as opposed to a shower), hence the reason for our booking. We arrived at around 7pm, having been on the road for 12 hours, tired and hungry and went to the bar to announce our arrival. The bartender immediately asked us for payment, before we had even been shown our room. We said we'd like to pay for dinner at the same time and were told there was no food that Friday night (no reason given). We asked if there was somewhere else nearby and were directed to the local fish and chip shop as there was 'nowhere else in the village'. After googling and driving to an alternative pub for dinner, we returned via a petrol station to buy milk and breakfast for the morning (a kettle, instant coffee and an empty mini fridge were provided by the Crown but nothing else and no option of breakfast). On getting ready for bed, the towel rail and toilet roll holder both fell off the wall in the bathroom. The bed at least was clean and comfortable but we were kept awake by a blazing row going on in the bar next door involving lots of effing and blinding until about 11pm. Upon inspection in the morning, the beams above the bed were covered in cobwebs and the mismatched furniture looked like it had come from a junk shop. All in all, not a pleasant experience...

Great, clean hotel at a great price. Just to note the pub didnt serve food on a Saturday, but lits of good options close by. We went for an Indian in Dis which was delicious!

Absolutely spot on, lovely owners, great rooms with its own outside patio with table an chairs, former coaching inn converted to annexes, very easy to park even with a massive van. Area is lovely with a shop and chip shop nearby. Very highly recommended!!

best b and b we have stayed in in a long time
my wife and I had a fantastic stay at the crown. G reat nights sleep ,Normally my wife does not sleep first night but she did this time. very very clean room looked just great we had our coffee sat outside in the really nice seating area I will defo book the crown next time we are going down that way. special thanks to land lord he let us book in early.

Friendly comfy place with welcoming atmosphere
Stayed a few times for work , rooms are nice and big comfy, little fridge and kettle . Showers are nice and strong. What really makes this a brilliant place is the locals and the owners. Welcoming , lovely food and great atmosphere . Felt like a local with in minutes. Tina and Andy are superb

Called the hotel to say we were running late due to traffic,finally got there to realise the place was boarded up,tried to call the number to say we were there and no answer,ended up having to drive 4 hours home,still charged me for the room! Would 100% not recommend
