"I visited in July and booked at the last minute. I also extended my stay due to flight delays and cancellation. The staff were very friendly and awesome. No hassles. The food and drinks are good. The place is totally clean the hospitality crew when they see you in the halls, smile speak and ask if you need anything. The gift shop/market was pretty good the decor just everything.the front desk crew were all so awesome. I didn’t have any problems when it was time to leave they made sure they say thanks for visiting and please come back soon. I even had uber food delivered with the friendliness even food at the hotel grill was awesome. No complaints at all thank you for a great stay."

"If you're looking for kid-friendly hotel, look no further. Magic Moment Resort & Kids Club is truly a paradise for families looking to entertain their children. From the delicious buffet style breakfast, to the pool, bouncy castle, gamer zone, playground and football area, your child(ren) will definitely have a blast. As a parent, I truly appreciate the cleanliness, convenience of the location, the staff's professionalism and the extremely comfortable bed (which is an absolute must after a long day at seaworld/disney/etc) Needless to say, my son and I had a blast and we'll definitely be back."
