"The property is very clean and you see maintenance personel everywhere. At one time the smoke Alarm started beeping (needed a battery). Once we notified the front desk, it didn't take maintenance long to address and silve the problem. The room was very nice, clean and spacious. The staff is very polite and will ask is there anything you need or can they do anything to make your stay better. We really enjoyed our stay and will continue to schedule our stay here at Club Wyndham Cypress Palms."

"Apartment was on the 1st floor (middle) facing the lake and was spacious. The balcony sits in shade and it was lovely to see the ducks. Internally it was quite modern, the washing machine and dryer were great. Location wise it’s about 20-30 mins from most of the “theme parks”, so a car is a must. "We were very disappointed with this property. I asked to get hot tub and pool heated and i was willing to pay the $40 fee. I received no response from Expedia or the property manager until 2nd last day. I was trying everyday a few times a day. I finally got a response that the hot tub and pool heater were broken. If i knew this i wouldn't have booked this property. I had grandkids that would've loved to use this everyday. Also many things wrong in the house. Kitchen sink garberaror"

"Condo was extremely clean, bright and well lit, had a beautiful view. Kitchen is well apppointed and easy to use with a large island. Elevator is convenient and parking is just a few steps. Has two large bathrooms which is a big plus. Kissimmee, Disney, and all attractions are very close."
