"The room floors left my kids feet black by just walking barefoot for less than 5 minutes so the floors could use major cleaning. The beds were comfy, the rooms were spacious, but the parking spots were extremely limited and small. I loved that Denny’s was next door and Disney was a 15-20 min walk which was the best thing over all so location is very good. "

"I was disappointed with the parking situation because you have to pay for parking which is fine but then you can’t even park in front of the room you are staying at if you are on the first floor but to add to it you have to go find your own parking spot that has been sold to people that aren’t even guests at the hotel so it makes the start of the trip already bittersweet so I don’t think I will be returning to this hotel because it’s too much of an inconvenience."

"The hotel grounds and room are clean and well kept. Very comfortable beds. Staff is wonderful, they went above and beyond when we needed something printed late at night for the next morning. The hotel food and beverage credit was helpful. The only negative is parking at the hotel is the most expensive in the area. "The staff, breakfast, and pool are always great. This was our second time staying at this hotel for a Disneyland visit. We get the family suite which gives the kids their own room, TV and bunk beds. The one thing that was different this time is that the parking garage and elevators had a strong sewage smell.
