"The hotel has the basic amenities. The problem is in the details. Before being able to check-in, you have to deal with their valet. This seems painless enough, but we spent 15 minutes in line waiting for a guy to ask if we were staying, get our license plate number, and then tell us to pull up to our hotel. "Parking is very limited, I wasn’t able to park my car early. I parked a few hotels down. Once I was able to bring my car over it was blocked and couldn’t leave without getting valet involved. Hotel overall feels run down. I won’t be returning, the price doesn’t justify the experience I had. "

"The staff is really friendly. At least the front desk and housekeeping. The room some towels had other peoples hair, the bed had other people's hair and the microwave and coffee maker were dusty. For an average $300 a night it could be a little more clean. Specially when they try to save on everything. Housekeeping comes after the second night you stay here. "The hotel grounds and room are clean and well kept. Very comfortable beds. Staff is wonderful, they went above and beyond when we needed something printed late at night for the next morning. The hotel food and beverage credit was helpful. The only negative is parking at the hotel is the most expensive in the area. We returned our car after one night, so we didn't have to pay for the full week. But they are upfront about it and suggested parking at the garden walk for half the price of we...

"Overall wonderful stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. The hotel is a little old, but it has a charm to it and a cute look. Parking was easy. Pool was under repair but we had the option to use the pool at the hotel nextdoor. I used to always stay at the disneyland hotel, but with the recent changes to early entry, I was looking elsewhere. This was an easy walk to the parks and considering it is on the opposite side of downtown disney, it is a similar distance...

"The room was really dusty. There was dust and crumbs everywhere on the floor. We asked every day for three days straight that the room's laminate floor be cleaned, swept, mopped, and/or vacuumed and housekeeping never cleaned it. I even offered to clean it if they brought the supplies. At check out, we informed the front desk and all they said is that they would let housekeeping know. No cleaning nor did they give us comps for dealing with a dirty room. "
