"No staff so cannot comment on staff. It is a contactless hotel. As long as you have paid in advance you will receive an email with the key for the front door and room around 15:00 on the day of arrival.
The room was fine, clean and tidy, with an okay shower with okay water pressure, and coffee machine.
Restaurant closes at 19:00 daily, with last orders at 18:00, so not very useful if you are looking for food.
Breakfast starts at 8am, which is very late for breakfast, with a very limited selection.
One of my colleagues room door did not close/lock, there are no staff around so no one was able to help fix the issue. He ended up taking his luggage out with him every day."
