"We had a lovely stay at this property. The room was adorable and clean. The staff were extremely helpful. We had a day trip planned with a rental car that fell through due to an issue with our drivers license. The front desk organized a car and driver for us the same morning that was quite reasonably priced. The daily breakfast was very good with lots of selection. Would highly recommended. "

"Our stay in Catania was great. The hotel manager went above and beyond helping us on multiple occasions. The area and views from the hotel were less than scenic but a short walk away was the dining, shopping, and historic areas. It was a little unnerving to find the hotel lobby door was locked on the inside so we could not exit without the desk clerk and his key when leaving early."

"Overall, our stay was good. The service was excellent and the location great. The toilet didn’t work properly, but help arrived immediately. It was only a temporary fix, which was fine for one night. The repair was scheduled for the next day, after we had already checked out."
