"Booked as it was only hotel available for the date we needed. Clean but rooms still a work in progress they are getting there and breakfast was continental and OK. Definitely still a work in progress but the staff were friendly and helpful."

"The room was clean warm and comfortable there was no kettle in room, the bathroom was clean but the plug in the shower was block and it filled so unable to have shower in case of flooding bathroom. Not much choice at breakfast there was toast or cereal, open jam and marmalade jars wasn’t tolded there was no cooked opinions. There was no bar and staff were friendly "

"Location is great. While apt looks fairly recently renovated, housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. The bathroom fan was broken; the mold and cigarette smoke smell was strong. The bedroom floor was covered with hair. There was no soap in any of three dispensers. Only one kitchen chair. While maintenance was responsive, they could not replace the fan during our stay. The manager did not respond to my text or email. "

"I pre-booked the hotel weeks before I traveled. The website said that the retreat house had restaurants, lounge, and bar amenities that I thought would be useful for my stay. The restaurant was not opened when we arrived. The bar//lounge had no staff. We asked the only employee we ever saw when the restaurant would be open and she said it’s only open for breakfast. We came downstairs in the morning at 8:30. The sign on the dining room said that breakfast was served at eight to ten. No one to be...

"My family and I stayed here and we thoroughly liked it. Excellent location right off the Grieg street walking bridge. Lots of shopping and restaurant options. The interior of the unit was very clean and safe and easy to get too. We appreciated the in unit washer/dryer to catch up on our laundry while on our trip. The check in process with the owners was simple and straight forward. Highly recommend. "

"It was perfect for a single traveler and right where everything is easily walking distance. Clean and spacious and quiet and felt more like you were at a friends guest house not a hotel ."
