"DO NOT EVEN KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN with this review! I never write a bad review But this, THIS WAS UNSPEAKABLE EVENTS!! I am pretty sure the pics that are on the site for advertising are from a completely different hotel all together ok. Nothing, NOTHING that was included in my booking was even an option when i got there. 1 On street vicinity parking: if you consider 12 bocks away in the vicinity. 2 once you got to the hotel you had to turn around and walk back to a different hotel to check in 3....

"The tv did not have a signal to any channels, the water pressure was so low the toilet did not flush properly and the bed was very uncomfortable and the view was a brick wall. The tv and toilet issues were reported at the property but no one came to fix them"

"Key room doest work wasted almost 3 hours with long journey. No sufficient staff. Looked like there is only 1 person for all needs. Just a hype to look old and characteristic hotel. I have been to many such celebrated hotel older then this and it is well maintained and have caring staff to take care of hotel."

"There was nothing to like. My £95 room was tiny with two single beds and a tiny desk without a chair. It needed decorating . A curtain which wouldn’t pull properly was hanging off the curtain rail. The walls needed painting, the door had a piece of wood screwed onto it. The bathroom was a separate room on the landing and it was dirty, especially the toilet and the shower and the floor. I could not bear to use the shower. The only positive thing was that it’s very close to the train station. I...

"The brakfast and dinner was amazing, more than 5 stars. The huge parc was amazing too. The house with the sea view is perfect. The service was incredible good. The only thing I complain about is that the rooms and bathroom need to be renovated in his right old furniture style."
