"Parking is really poor, everyone was double parking on grass and in the disabled spaces as there is not enough space for guests to park. We had to park a 5min walk away in a public car park and walk back in the dark which wasn't a nice start. The corridors and decor in the room was a bit tired. We had a Park room and all the lamps in the corridor had been knocked and were either lopsided or broken off. The walls were also badly marked and needed a clear freshen up. "Servicable, but not great. Shower was falling apart, no one available on reception for check out. Corridors smelt of cigarette smoke and the fire alarm went off at 5:20 in the morning. The vending machine advertised was empty, there are stains on the ceilings and burn marks on the floors. Very much in need of a makeover."

"The hotel it's self is amazing clean & in such a good place ideal to get to terminal 2 & within walking distance. The staff at the hotel however was a whole different experience!!! My sister arrived before me checked in wasn't told what floor room etc & was basically bullied into booking breakfast at a cheaper rate but had to book it there & then.
