"Do not book here and do not book with expedia. Expedia website had a glitch where everything I booked that day had the wrong dates. Hotel would not change dates, was difficult to get a hold of, and would not give me any refund, Expedia would not help me out despite multiple calls. Lost $2,500. "

"À ce prix là vue sur autoroute!!!!! En plus on a payé un surplus car la chambre était rénovée. Franchement problème de nettoyage douche. Déjà des moisissures aux niveau des joints du carrelage de la douche italienne. À ce prix là j’attendais vraiment mieux. Mettre une bouilloire dans la chambre sans adaptateur de prise italienne c’est une blague ? Par contre personnel très agréable. "

"Camera confortevole e letto comodissimo, non sempre dormo bene negli hotel. Ma soprattutto la cortesia dei gestori è a dir poco sorprendente! Abbiamo anche cenato con 30€ in due con piatti squisiti e tipici toscani. Super consigliato. Ci ritorneremo molto volentieri!"

"The stay was amazing. Location is great. Although they miscalculated our per person tax. Wasn’t able to give us back the change. We didn’t have time to go to their office located a few blocks from the apartment we stayed at. Overall great. The kitchen is complete with everything you need to cook basic food. There is a fridge and freezer. Could actually bed 6-7 people. Lots of space and has 2 bathrooms for our apartment. Has a nice balcony too. "
